Review: Where do I start? This has to be one of the best indie books that I have read. Period. Good start? Good then stick with me as I ramble onward and upwards. It started off very much on line with most common Young Adult books. A boy and a girl. Boy likes girl, girl doesn’t like boy in that way. I liked how that whole relationship and part of the story played out. Not everything is sunshine and flowers.
What this book did amazing well was leave you with a lot of questions. Questions and your brain going maybe that guy went behind his back to do this and that. The story made you think, made you add your own layers to the story. Also made you question everything. Now I just said questions a ton, it not as bad as it seems. It actually very good.
At the start of each chapter the Authors wrote a small paragraph from a book the main character has read. These are completely non-existent books. So the Authors took the time to write their own little stories within the book, to give you some context to why the main character thinks the way he does. He a book nerd, with his head in the clouds. He naive.
That ending though. That was one sure way to open a box of goodies to a whole different can of worms. Whats going to happen next? He special? But how? Ugh I need the second book.
Would I Recommend it? Yes. Sky flying yes.
